Ararat is a film
about the genocide of Armenians in 1915. It’s a biopic of the great Armenian
painter Arshile Gorky.
"Ararat" explicitly views the past from the perspective of the present,
using the device of a film-within-a-film,
featuring tiny 70s crooner Charles Aznavour and
screenwriter (Eric Bogosian),
both from Armenian descent.

Armenian family forced to emigrate from its ancestral homeland to France
because of the ongoing Armenian Genocide (1915-1923) perpetrated by the
Turkish Government,

Chaos is a 30 min. short
film dedicated to the Armenian Genocide of 1915. The importance of the film
is because, it's the first effort of Iranian filmmakers on the topic of
Armenian Genocide.
